🤝 Three Ways You Can Build This Community Today

We are asking every single person in our Movement is Medicine community to help keep our youth moving and connected to the land


  1. Reach Out and Encourage: Do you know a teenager, a family member, or a neighbor who could benefit from this? Talk to them. Tell them about the event. Sometimes, a young person just needs one trusted adult to say, "I believe you can do this."


  2. Help Them Register (It’s 100% Free!): Financial barriers shouldn't stop anyone. Remind them that all youth and all Indigenous runners get free entry and a complimentary event T-shirt. Sit down with them for five minutes and help them fill out the sign-up form.


  3. Be a Training Buddy: You don't have to tackle the

    16km mountain peak together. With our brand-new 5km Lakeside Park Route, you can lace up your sneakers and train alongside them on flat, accessible ground. Help them recruit a group of friends so they can experience the power of moving together.
